Scotia Lunch Ltd is situated in Reids Hill, NS and is hiring a Waiter/waitress to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment - Part time position. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
• The candidate must describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
• The candidate must balance cash and record sales.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must serve food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
