03User Conduct

When interacting with Canada Job Centre, you agree that you will strictly refrain from the following prohibited behaviours:

• Scraping, harvesting, or copying data without written consent

Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: We reserve the absolute right to remove non-compliant content and permanently terminate user access without prior notice if these behavioural guidelines are breached.

04Job Listings

Canada Job Centre acts as an informational conduit. While we implement safeguards to maintain listing legitimacy, we cannot independently guarantee the absolute accuracy or validity of every external job listing submitted to our network.

• No Employer Verification Guarantee. We do not warrant the underlying operational standing of every third-party recruiter or employer.
• No Hiring Responsibility. We play no role in candidate screening, interview selection, or final hiring decisions.
• Independent Due Diligence Required. Job seekers must verify employer identities and employment contracts prior to sharing sensitive personal documents.

05Employer Responsibilities

Recruiters and corporate entities publishing open opportunities on Canada Job Centre warrant and agree to:

• Publish only genuine, currently available Canadian employment vacancies
• Supply accurate role descriptions, skill prerequisites, and transparent wage metrics
• Comply fully with federal and provincial Canadian employment and human rights legislation
• Exclude any discriminatory criteria based on race, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability
• Protect applicant privacy by never using submitted resumes for secondary data harvesting
• Delist vacancies promptly upon role fulfilment or closure

06Intellectual Property

All digital assets hosted across Canada Job Centre — including source code, interface designs, logos, custom typography, and editorial articles — remain the proprietary intellectual property of Canada Job Centre, protected under Canadian and international copyright law.

08Limitation of Liability
