Employer Responsibilities

Recruiters and corporate entities publishing open opportunities on Canada Job Centre warrant and agree to:

Publish only genuine, currently available Canadian employment vacancies
Supply accurate role descriptions, skill prerequisites, and transparent wage metrics
Comply fully with federal and provincial Canadian employment and human rights legislation
Exclude any discriminatory criteria based on race, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability
Protect applicant privacy by never using submitted resumes for secondary data harvesting
Delist vacancies promptly upon role fulfillment or closure
