CANADIAN TIRE is situated in Amos, QC and is hiring a Supervisor - retail to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must train or assist in the training of other workers.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must perform opening and closing activities.
• The candidate must organize day-to-day business operations.
• The candidate must maintain adequate stock levels.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
