Retail store supervisor

Vapor Vault in Summerland, BC is inviting applications for the position of Retail store supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
