Transport compliance officer

Fourty Seven Logistics Ltd ( Abbotsford, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Transport compliance officer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare reports or case histories.
• The candidate must schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
• The candidate must identify and investigate compliance issues.
• The candidate must report information to the supervisor.
• The candidate must perform pre-operational inspections.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a trucking company to manage transportation logistics, operate vehicles safely, and ensure timely deliveries.
• The candidate must be able to work in the transportation sector.
