Service advisor - auto repair

Mikasa Automotive ( Red Deer, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Service advisor - auto repair. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, , 07:30 to 17:30.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be punctual.
