Job Description
- The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
- The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- The candidate must hire food service staff.
- The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
- The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
- The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
Job Requirements
