Upper Grand Family Health Team ( Fergus, ON) is currently looking for a skilled RN (registered nurse). We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Term or contractFull time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
• The candidate must collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.
• The candidate must conduct disease screening.
• The candidate must dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be accurate.

• The candidate must work in a hospital, medical facility, or clinic, including departments or outpatient centres focused on sports medicine, rehabilitation, or wellness.
