Rental service supervisor

National Car Rental in Courtenay, BC is seeking a self-motivated Rental service supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
