Security Key and Lock Service is situated in Regina, SK and is hiring a Customer accounts supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• The candidate must identify workers’ training needs.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
