Private Household ( Oakville, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Home child care provider. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Evening, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must change diapers as required.
• The candidate must sterilize bottles and prepare formulas.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must organize activities such as games and outings for children.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must prepare infants and children for rest periods.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must be honest.
