Purchasing and inventory management coordinator

Ring's Pharmacy ( Hay River, NT) is currently looking for a skilled Purchasing and inventory management coordinator. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must compile orders and instructions received from customers.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate must coordinate the traffic flow of supplies.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must keep track of shipments.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must maintain computerized stock inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
