Poultry operation supervisor

ELITE FARM SERVICES ONTARIO LTD. in Bornholm, ON is inviting applications for the position of Poultry operation supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
