Now hiring: Purchaser at Mississauga Iron Inc. in Oakville, ON. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
• The candidate must negotiate offers from suppliers.
• The candidate must consult with suppliers.
• The candidate must review quotations.
• The candidate must establish delivery schedules.
• The candidate must monitor progress of delivery schedules.
• The candidate must contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
