Ressources minières Radisson inc. in Rouyn-Noranda, QC is inviting applications for the position of Mine geologist. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment.
• The candidate must prepare notes, sketches, geological maps, and cross sections.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems.
• The candidate must conduct or direct surveys or survey programs.
• The candidate must assist in preparing rock, mineral or metal samples.
• The candidate must be familiar with MS Office applications.
• The candidate must conduct geological, geophysical, geochemical, hydrographic, or oceanographic surveys, prospecting field trips, exploratory drilling, well logging, or underground mine survey programs.
