Job Description
- The candidate must supply and empty bed pans.
- The candidate must serve meal trays and feed patients.
- The candidate must weigh, lift, turn, and position patients.
- The candidate must deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments.
- The candidate must make beds and maintain patients’ rooms.
- The candidate must supervise patients’ exercise routines.
- The candidate must administer suppositories, colonic irrigations, and enemas.
- The candidate must maintain inventory of supplies.
- The candidate must bathe, dress, and groom patients.
- The candidate must transport patients between care facilities.
- The candidate must transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
- The candidate must answer call signals to determine patients’ needs.
- The candidate must administer first aid in emergency situations.
