Les Jardins de Magog is situated in Magog, QC and is hiring a Medical orderly to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
• The candidate must take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• The candidate must serve meal trays and feed patients.
• The candidate must make beds and maintain patients’ rooms.
• The candidate must bathe, dress, and groom patients.
• The candidate must answer call signals to determine patients’ needs.
• The candidate must administer first aid in emergency situations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have patience.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a nursing home/home for the aged or people who don't need to be in a hospital but can't be cared for at home.
