Plastiques Gagnon in Lévis, QC is inviting applications for the position of Magazine keeper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Night shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must identify, label, and catalogue received items.
• The candidate must issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
• The candidate must maintain records within the inventory control system.
• The candidate must prepare and monitor work orders.
• The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
• The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
• The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
• The candidate must store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be dependable.
