Liquor store sales clerk

GHOST STATION ( Cochrane, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Liquor store sales clerk. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment - Part time employment. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must provide advice regarding merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.
• The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
• The candidate must prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
• The candidate must load, move, sort and pile materials and supplies.
• The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
• The candidate should work in a liquor and wine store to provide courteous customer service dealing with the sale of liquor and to know and observe the various state and local regulations.
• The candidate must work in a gas bar.
