A & A Paving Ltd. is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Asphalt roller operator to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Seasonal employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate heavy equipment.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
• The candidate must conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• The candidate must operate two-way radios and other communication equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
