Security guard supervisor

Complete Security Solutions Inc. in Calgary, AB is inviting applications for the position of Security guard supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must be the point of contact to handle emergency situations.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
