Ginger Beef Choice LTD is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Labourer - food and beverage processing to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available, , 06:00 to 15:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.
• The candidate must feed and unload processing machines.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a meat processing and packing plant/establishment that protects meat and meat products during processing, storage, and distribution from mechanical, chemical, and biological hazards.
