Ellalyn Guiyab is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Child care provider - private home to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must shop for food and household supplies.
• The candidate must travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
• The candidate must bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
• The candidate must instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• The candidate must maintain a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• The candidate must prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• The candidate must prepare infants and children for rest periods.
• The candidate must supervise and care for children.
• The candidate must be responsible for transporting children safely to and from school, as well as to scheduled appointments.
• The candidate must attend to the emotional well-being of children.
• The candidate must help children with homework.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.

Work Setting
