Air Hair Salon is situated in Vancouver, BC and is hiring a Hairstyling salon manager to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, performing hair care services in a well-organized environment and maintaining tools and equipment properly to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
