Street Hawker is situated in Vancouver, BC and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
