Job Description
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
- The candidate must maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
- The candidate must supervise support staff.
- The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- The candidate must respond to complaints of guests.
- The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- The candidate must process guestsβ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- The candidate must prepare monthly statements.
- The candidate must perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
- The candidate must coordinate recreation activities.
- The candidate must book appointments.
- The candidate must attend to guestsβ requests for extra supplies or other items.
- The candidate must answer electronic enquiries.
- The candidate must calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
