House of Lee (SCL Enterprises Limited) in Bathurst, NB is seeking a self-motivated Food service supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be dependable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
