Food and beverage services attendant

House of Lee (SCL Enterprises Limited) ( Bathurst, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Food and beverage services attendant. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set up tables accordingly.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must load buspans and trays as required.
• The candidate must place dishes in storage areas.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must scour pots and pans.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
