Panago Canmore in Canmore, AB is seeking a self-motivated Food service supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
