Job Description

  • The candidate must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
  • The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
  • The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • The candidate must serve food and beverages.
