Mansu BBQ ( Dieppe, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Food service supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
