Seylers Electric Ltd ( Langley, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Electrician. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must install electrical controls and panel boxes.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must keep maintenance reports and documentation.
• The candidate must splice, join, and connect wires.
• The candidate must test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults for integrity of circuits.
• The candidate must determine appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations.
• The candidate must troubleshoot and isolate faults.
• The candidate must connect power to audio and visual equipment.
• The candidate must install surface mount and/or overhead cables.
• The candidate must install power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must conduct preventive maintenance programs.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
