BRAVO SECURITY SERVICES LTD. in Calgary, AB is inviting applications for the position of Security guard supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Shift, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must schedule events, programs, and activities.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must monitor quality and production levels.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate must be able to work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities, set in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the accommodations.
• The candidate must work in a parking lot to manage vehicle flow, provide customer assistance, and maintain safety and organization.
• The candidate must work in a sport and recreation club to organize programs, supervise activities, and maintain facilities.
• The candidate must work in hospital or health institution laundry to clean, manage, and maintain linens and garments to meet hygiene standards.
• The candidate must work in a private school to provide instruction, supervise students, and support academic development.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
