Quick Truck Lube is situated in Napanee, ON and is hiring a Customer service clerks supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must authorize routine deposits and withdrawals.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must identify workers’ training needs.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
