We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must answer written and oral inquiries.
• The candidate must prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful services.
• The candidate must receive and log complaints.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
