Job Description

The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
The candidate must operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse.
The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
The candidate must wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
The candidate must make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
The candidate must perform safety and security checks.
The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
The candidate must clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
