Pizza Salvatoré Alma in Alma, QC is seeking a self-motivated Cook's helper. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must place dishes in storage areas.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must keep records of the quantities of food used.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must handle and store cleaning products.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
