Colonial House Motor Inn is situated in Perth, ON and is hiring a Cleaning supervisor to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• The candidate must maintain financial records.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must negotiate for services and preferential rates.
• The candidate must handle and store hazardous products safely.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
