Scotia Proactive Cleaning Solutions is situated in Cole Harbour, NS and is hiring a Cleaning supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a cleaning service company to create a clean and hygienic environment.
• The candidate must work in residential settings, performing tasks on one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
