Microbiology quality control technologist

Vegpro International Inc. in Sherrington, QC is inviting applications for the position of Microbiology quality control technologist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must set up and conduct biological tests and laboratory analyses.
• The candidate must set up and conduct microbiological tests and laboratory analyses.
• The candidate must assist in data analysis and report preparation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate must work in a laboratory.

• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
