Gilgal Janitorial Services Ltd in Cranbrook, BC is inviting applications for the position of Cleaning supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an office building; quality workspace design leads to a less stressful and more productive atmosphere.
• The candidate should work in a commercial facility, any facility used in connection with or by any commercial operation including, but not limited to, grain elevators, warehouses, dryers, processing plants, or cold storage facilities used for the storage and handling of any agricultural product, whether paid or unpaid.
