Team Building Maintenance Ltd in Delta, BC is inviting applications for the position of Cleaning supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
