Behavioural therapist

Fit Learning is situated in Burnaby, BC and is hiring a Behavioural therapist to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must accurately record observations.
• The candidate must provide therapeutic services.
• The candidate must implement approved treatment plans.
• The candidate must perform administrative tasks.
• The candidate must analyze patient responses during treatment sessions.
• The candidate must apply psychological theory and principles regarding behavior and mental processes.
• The candidate must maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• The candidate must initiate, design and implement specialized therapy programs.
• The candidate must deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
