Bakery supervisor - supermarket

IGA Famille Cloutier in Normandin, QC is seeking a self-motivated Bakery supervisor - supermarket. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must plan and develop permanent, temporary, or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
