Job Description

  • The candidate must arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events.
  • The candidate must open, sort, and distribute mail and other materials.
  • The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
  • The candidate must record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • The candidate must determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • The candidate must manage contracts.
  • The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
  • The candidate must answer electronic enquiries.
  • The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidate must advise senior management.
  • The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate must set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
