Best Home Kitchen Cabinets Inc in Surrey, BC is seeking a self-motivated Cabinetmaker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must instruct apprentices.
• The candidate must study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made.
• The candidate must trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit and reinforce joints.
• The candidate must sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, and prepare and apply laminated plastics.
• The candidate must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate's relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee's relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company's offices or other work locations as required.
