Deslaurier Custom Cabinets is situated in Renfrew, ON and is hiring a Woodworking machine operators supervisor - furniture and fixtures manufacturing to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must oversee company operations.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
• The candidate must conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
