Job Description

  • The candidate must install exterior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
  • The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • The candidate must repair and service interior prefabricated products.
  • The candidate must determine layout and installation procedures.
  • The candidate must measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • The candidate must prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • The candidate must load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • The candidate must supervise other workers.
  • The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.
  • The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • The candidate must install hardware such as knobs and hinges.
  • The candidate must measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

  • The candidate must work in renovation to repair, update, or improve residential or commercial properties, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
  • The candidate must work in the installation process to set up large-scale, mixed-media constructions, often designed for a specific location or time period.
  • The candidate must focus on repair work, restoring damaged, deteriorated, or broken items to good condition.
  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
  • The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
  • The candidate's relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
