Job Description

The candidate must interpret welding process specifications.
The candidate must operate manual or semi-automatic and fully automated welding equipment.
The candidate must read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
The candidate must examine welds to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
The candidate must operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
The candidate must operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
The candidate must determine weldability of materials.
The candidate must operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
The candidate must maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The candidate must be well-organized.
The candidate must be a good team player.
The candidate must be hardworking.
The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
