Queensway Transfer is situated in Etobicoke, ON and is hiring a Waste treatment supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
